Event photography coverage is tailored to the structure and flow of your event. Coverage can be adjusted to suit single sessions, full days or multi-day events.
Can you photograph conferences, exhibitions and formal events?
Yes. I regularly photograph conferences, exhibitions, lectures, panel discussions and formal corporate events. This includes working in auditoriums, exhibition halls and venues where a discreet and professional approach is required.
How many images will we receive from an event?
I do not limit the number of images taken during an event. Every event is different, but as a general guide, I typically deliver between 30 and 60 edited images per hour, depending on the level of activity, number of speakers and interactions taking place.
When will the event photos be delivered?
A small selection of images can be provided within 24 hours if needed for press releases or social media. Full edited galleries are usually delivered within 3–4 working days, depending on the size and duration of the event.
